A Weekend Retreat for Women

Awareness through Movement, Dance, Meditation, Deep Rest, Primordial Breathing & Sound.  Through embodied practices we tend the true nature of the heart in our capacity for love, compassion, kindness & joy.This is an invitation to come away from the business of our everyday life, to slow down, and listen in closer, to shed what needs to be shed and renew,  allowing for the unfolding and decompression  of our nervous systems supported by the land, mountain and river at An Sanctoir together with the beautiful octagonal space in which to practice.

Using breath, sound and the subtle movement of our fluid body we can come into relationship with self that opens more refuge, kindness and freedom.

There will be time for collective silence where we explore alone and together

Where:  we meet at An Sanctoir a holistic centre in the heart of West Cork

Date:    July 5th & 6th, 2025 .  We begin Saturday morning at 10.30am until Sunday at 4.30pm

Note from Marianne:  I look forward to sharing what I have learned over many years of working with individuals( Core Process Psychotherapy ) in groups about our ongoing healing and the co-creative space ( Circle) and our relationship to the natural world resourcing us individually and collectively.  We facilitate soulful movement, deep inquiry and communication and creativity all grounded in a spirit of metta (kindness).
